During the meeting of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000”, the topic of which was: Olga Yurievna Badma-Khalgaeva, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Mari El to the President of the Russian Federation, took part in the Protection of traditional Russian spiritual and Moral values, culture, historical memory and the Traditional Family.

Photo exhibition “My family! My Russia!” is dedicated to the Year of the Family, announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2024 and dedicated to the preservation of traditional family values. The ideological inspirers of the exhibition were Olga Badma-Khalgaeva, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Mari El to the President of the Russian Federation, and Alexander Vankaev, Senior Researcher at the N.N. Palmov National Museum of the Republic of Kalmykia.
In the Interregional exhibition project “My family! My Russia!” was attended by photo artists from eight regions: Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Republic of Kalmykia, the Republic of Mari El, the Donetsk People’s Republic, Samara, Tula and Astrakhan.
The main purpose of the photo exhibition is to create a platform for dialogue between cultures and family values, to inspire people to appreciate their traditions and love for the Motherland.
Objectives of the exhibition:
To bring together the works of photographers from different regions of Russia on one exhibition site, reflecting the themes of family, national wedding ceremonies and love for the region and the country.
To reveal the beauty and versatility of family values and international traditions through the vivid work of photographers.
To promote the strengthening of friendship of peoples, mutual understanding and harmony in society.
To inspire the visitors of the exhibition to respect their roots, family and Homeland.
To promote cultural exchange and dialogue between representatives of different regions and nationalities.
The exhibition features photographs depicting unique moments of vibrant family and festive events, and spending weekends with family.The shots “spied on” by photographers from different regions turned out to be very lively, sincere and warm!
As part of the photo exhibition “My family! My Russia!” presentations, meetings with the authors of the works and discussions are planned, revealing the meanings of family, interethnic and patriotic values. The first site for the photo exhibition was the city of Elista, where on November 12, 2024, a photo exhibition was opened at the N.N. Palmov National Museum of the Republic of Kalmykia for residents of the region. The next stage of the exhibition was held in Mari El in the city of Yoshkar-Ola at the Timofey Yevseev National Museum of the Republic of Mari El on December 21, 2024 to January 24, 2025.
Interregional photo exhibition “My family! My Russia!” is a bright event that inspires people to appreciate their roots, preserve family traditions and strengthen the ties that unite the multinational people of the Russian Federation.
