Kamil Gazimagomedovich Landa, Doctor of Political Sciences, spoke at the meeting of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000”, the topic of which was: “Protection of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, culture, historical memory and the traditional family.” Professor of the Department of “International Cooperation” IURR RANHiGS under the President of the Russian Federation.
Landa Kamil covered the topic: “Countering the propaganda and spread of anti-Russian neoliberal attitudes in the context of preserving the spiritual and moral values of Russian society.”
In the light of the ongoing positive changes in Russia and in the world aimed at creating a multipolar world, protecting Russian society from destructive foreign influence, the spread of pseudo-humanistic and other neoliberal ideological attitudes that pose threats to the security and sovereignty of the country, is becoming one of the highest priorities of our state.
By positive in Russia, I mean that despite some economic problems associated with the implementation of its. Russia is being cleansed and is returning to its roots. One of the confirmations of this and a huge incentive for the revival and purification of our society is the Decree of the President of Russia No. 809.
When monitoring the activities of government agencies, our ministries and departments carry out targeted work in this direction. A clear confirmation is the presence at our forum of high-ranking officials from the regions of Russia and, most importantly, the Prime Minister of Russia, in September 2024, announced the signing of a new Strategy for state Cultural Policy until 2030, stressing that the Cabinet “continues to create conditions for the preservation of traditional spiritual and moral values, the protection of historical memory and the unique heritage of our peoples.”
Nevertheless, the issue will remain relevant and important, as the active activities of unfriendly states continue, “aimed at destroying basic moral and cultural norms, religious foundations, the institution of marriage, family values, and undermining the cultural sovereignty of the Russian Federation.” They spend huge resources to penetrate the minds and hearts of Russian youth and the younger generation.
Here the well-known words come to mind: “If you want to defeat the enemy, raise his children.” This is exactly what Russia’s enemies have been doing for decades. They not only raised Russophobia among their citizens, but also managed to instill it into the minds of Russians, including our brothers from the Russian Outskirts. The incredible amount of Funds and billions of dollars spent on popularizing Western values and destroying our cultural traditions and national identity, rewriting Russia’s history in their favor, and belittling our heroic deeds were not in vain.
The so-called “Upper Lars phenomenon” is proof of who and what ideology was introduced into the minds of our youth. When the “X Hour” came in the state, our duped youth (thank God, a small part of them) began to scatter in different directions.
Teachers know that if children have been subjected to improper upbringing for a year, then their re-education needs at least three times as much time. And they need to be re-educated intensively. In this regard, enormous work remains to be done, since for decades the morality that has been implanted in the minds of our children and the younger generation is alien and not peculiar to our society, and you will not be able to remove it from the public consciousness overnight.
These problems can be overcome by creating new points of cultural attraction in the regions, strengthening educational work in families, schools, universities, expanding military-patriotic work in educational institutions, restoring monuments, organizing “model libraries” and car clubs and attracting extra-budgetary funds to the industry. increasing the prestige of military service, developing patriotism among young people, promoting the social adaptation of ITS participants by introducing them to cultural values and integrating new regions into the cultural and humanitarian space of Russia.
This needs to be addressed, not only by government agencies and departments, but by the entire adult population of Russia, including public organizations, which we are doing now. We do not sit idly by and do not shift everything to the state, but do what we can and what depends on us. Without the involvement of public organizations in the implementation of Presidential Decrees and Government Resolutions, the efficiency in the implementation of these Decrees will not be low, but will be incomplete.
I consider it necessary, firstly, to once again conduct a legal analysis of the international documents ratified by the Russian Federation for their compliance with the Constitution and to denounce individual provisions or documents as a whole if they are aimed at promoting the destructive agenda of reducing the birth rate, aborting pregnancy and promoting non-traditional relationships.
Secondly, to initiate the development of international documents (agreements, conventions) on the protection of the family and traditional values, including at the level of not only friendly states with us, but also our allies in international organizations such as the Eurasian Economic Union, SCO and BRICS.
Moreover, we must clearly understand here if we are on the path to creating a multipolar world, and this is already a fact recognized by the world community, and the occupancy of these global superfragments of the world should be shared by everyone with their own age-old traditions, moral values, and culture corresponding to their identity.
If this type of content has (according to Huntington), Chinese, Hindu, Latin American, African, and Muslim civilizations in the South, and the West fills its own with neoliberal values and purposefully spreads them around the world. Then the Russian civilization must do everything to erase destructive values from the consciousness of our society and instill its own in them, to return to our traditions, woven for thousands of years and passed down to us from our fathers and mothers.
If we monitor it, then more than half of the countries in the world that support Russia in the formation of a multipolar world and its policy aimed at preserving traditional values are China, India, Iran or Venezuela, etc., These countries have their own national, religious, intangible values and cultural codes.
Decree No. 809, President of Russia V.V.P., proposed a superior global project of the USSR, Russia’s new project “The Moral Path”, which is aimed at reproducing a moral citizen who does not harm, but creates.
It is for such a state, for such a person, that other peoples of the world who share the ideas of the moral path of their development will follow!
