We invite you to the meeting of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000”, which will be held on April 3, 2025. at 09.00 with the support of the Ministry of National Policy and Religious Affairs of the Republic of Dagestan. The meeting is co-organized by the Dagestan Regional Branch of the Russian Association of Political Science (DRO RAPN).
The agenda of the meeting is devoted to the topic: “Strengthening the spiritual and moral values of Russian society in the context of ensuring Russia’s national security!” (According to Presidential Decree No. 809).

The event is held as part of the implementation of Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 809 “On the Approval of the Foundations of State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values.” The main focus will be on the practical implementation of the decree’s provisions in the regions of the Russian Federation, the exchange of successful regional practices and the development of strategies for interagency cooperation.
Purpose of the meeting:
Summarizing the experience of the regions of the Russian Federation in implementing Decree No. 809, developing interregional mechanisms for strengthening traditional values as the basis of national security, as well as creating a dialogue platform for consolidating the efforts of government, society and religious institutions.

- The role of traditional values as the foundation of national security.
- Regional initiatives in the field of education of patriotism, interfaith dialogue and preservation of cultural heritage.
- Mechanisms for the integration of spiritual and moral orientations into educational, social and informational programs.
