On 09/20/2023, a meeting of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000” was held in the Moscow House of Nationalities.
The agenda of the meeting was devoted to the topic “International practices of working with youth”.
The issues of cooperation with youth and prospects for its development in our country were discussed on the basis of the experience of world practice, taking into account Russian realities and the already existing accumulated experience. Working with young people is the most important stage of the cultural development of the younger generation, during which strong friendly and partnership relations with different states are created and interethnic relations are strengthened.
They noted the importance of the mentor’s role in educating the younger generation. The year 2023 has been declared the Year of the Teacher and Mentor, which emphasizes the importance of the role of teachers and mentors in education and the formation of the personality of each person.
The meeting was opened by Amirova Alfiya – President of the NGO “International Union of Women”, President of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000”
The speakers of the meeting were:
Professor Paolo Pascalo is the founder, founder of the anti-fascist association “Humanity inside War”. Representative from the University of Udine in the authorities. Honorary member of UNESCO Italy. Paolo Pascale, in particular, noted that people’s diplomacy plays a very important role at the moment.
Kamil Landa – Doctor of Political Sciences, who presented the topic: “Formation of youth policy as the basis of an advanced state”.
Gayane Aghayan is a teacher-psychologist, head and co-organizer of the Armenian Children’s center “Pomegranate Seeds” at the Cultural Center of the Armenian Embassy. She presented the topic: “Formation of a comfortable and safe environment for the younger generation from an early age on the example of children’s studios at the Cultural Center of the Armenian Embassy.”
Svetlana Zuckerman, an economics and English teacher, curator of international activities of GBOU 1409, spoke on the topic: “International practices of working with youth on the example of cooperation with Delhi Public School, Dwarka and participation in the creation of the Leo Tolstoy and Mahatma Gandhi Center”, and also presented a video from the opening as part of the cultural program the center.
Sergey Mayorov – Associate Professor of RANEPA, Development Advisor, Consultant of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Education highlighted the topic: “Youth and local self-government”
Mukharlyamov Mars Masgutovich – Adviser to ORGENERGOSTROY.
Mars Masgutovich, speaking on the topic of working with young people, noted an acute shortage of personnel, namely engineering. Just raising your salary or opening the right specialty at the university is not enough. There is a shortage of these professions at universities.
With colleagues, we discussed possible solutions to this issue, and at the same time, this topic should be brought into a separate discussion and solution of the problem with deepening and practices at the local and regional level.
Elena Gromova, Head of the Sports and Youth Policy Department at the Integrated Security Association, highlighted the topic of youth development in the military direction.
Asia Biskup, Executive Director of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000”, spoke about the goals, objectives and missions of the club.
During the work of the international discussion club, a fruitful exchange of views took place on the given topic, the development of possible joint initiatives and partnerships.
The next meeting of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000” will be held on October 10-11, 2023.
