Invitation to the Meeting of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000”
Dear colleagues,
We invite you to the meeting of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000”, which will be held on April 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Moscow House of Nationalities (4/1 Novaya Basmannaya St., Moscow). The event is supported by the Moscow Government (Department of National Policy and Interregional Relations of the City of Moscow, Moscow House of Nationalities).

“Generation of Meanings: Youth Policy, Creative Industries and Social Initiatives as Drivers of Social Development”.

CONCEPT AND GOALS
The meeting is held in furtherance of Presidential Decree No. 809 “On Approval of the Fundamentals of State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values”, within the framework of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, and also in the context of the Decade of Science and Technology in the Russian Federation.
Today, youth is not just “the future” but already an active participant in social, economic and cultural processes. Young people demand new forms of employment, self-realization, participation in governance and international dialogue. Creative industries are becoming drivers of regional development, and social initiatives are tools for real change in cities and villages.
The “VISION 3000” Club proposes to discuss the key drivers of social development:

Social initiatives and volunteering – from local projects to systemic changes.

Mentorship and generational continuity – transferring experience and traditions.

The focus of the discussion is the young person, family, community, creativity and social responsibility, which together shape a sustainable future for a multipolar world.
