Sustainable development and international partnership – new opportunities for business and society

The International discussion Club “VISION 3000” held a strategic meeting at the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry

On June 10, 2026, a meeting of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000” was held at the site of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MTCI). The event was held as part of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia and was dedicated to the theme:
“Sustainable development and international partnership are new opportunities for business and society.”

The organizer was the International Women’s Union, and the online publication Embassy Life was the general information partner. The meeting was held at one of Moscow’s leading business venues, the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which has been promoting entrepreneurship, protecting business interests, strengthening foreign economic relations, and promoting Russian companies on international markets for many years. Holding the event on the basis of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry emphasized the high importance of the stated agenda and the trusting nature of the dialogue between government, business and society.

The meeting was a success. The participants – experts, entrepreneurs, diplomats and public figures – discussed key issues of sustainable development, international partnership, sanctions adaptation and new financial instruments.

Opening and moderation

Alfiya Amirova, President of the VISION 3000 Club, President of the International Women’s Union (IWU), opened the meeting. She warmly thanked all the participants for their attention and interest in the event, noting that such a lively, engaged dialogue is the foundation of the club’s success.

Alfiya Ravilyevna briefly told the new participants about the mission and history of the VISION 3000 club, which since 2021 has brought together more than 400 experts from different countries, becoming an open platform for discussing international cooperation, public diplomacy and public projects. She also presented the activities of the International Women’s Union and announced the key event of the autumn – the V Anniversary International Forum “Woman of the Third Millennium”, which will be held on November 18-19, 2026 at the GlavUpDK Cultural Center under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

“Today we are gathered here at the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry to confirm once again that sustainable development begins with a respectful, open and constructive dialogue. The VISION 3000 Club is a space where ideas are born, partnerships are strengthened and the future is created. Thank you to everyone who is with us on this journey!”

Then the floor for greeting was given to Vladislav V. Mishchenko, Vice President of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry for International and Interregional Activities, who emphasized the importance of a platform for business communication.

  Konstantinova Elena is an adviser on Public Procurement at the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

  

Detailed reports were presented during the panel discussion. Each speaker shared practical experience and specific tools.

Svetlana Malinina is the head of the Press Service of the CIS Secretary General’s Office.
Topic: “The CIS – 35 years: the unifying role of multilateral cooperation. Results and prospects” – I summed up the results of the Commonwealth’s activities and outlined new vectors of humanitarian and economic cooperation.

Ravil  Khusnulin – RUDN University Innovation and Technology Complex, Director. National Fund for the Protection of Strategic Resources, President. Deputy of the State Duma of the VII convocation, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences. Topic: “Regional business in the new economy: from adaptation to sustainable growth”

Nikolay Sukhov is a professor at the Institute of World Economy and International Relations of the Russian Academy of Sciences, HSE.
Topic: “Social projects as a locomotive for entering African markets” – he presented successful cases of Russian initiatives that have become entry points to the African continent.

   Vinokurov Denis  is the Head of the International Business Development Center at the All–Russian Academy of Foreign Trade.
   Topic: “Development of international business in the context of sanctions pressure” – presented strategies for restructuring logistics and entering new markets.

   

   Sharov Alexander  is the General Director of Rusiranexpo Group of Companies.
   Topic: “The export of cosmetics, medical equipment and other goods to Iran through the FEZ of Iran” – shared the practice of using free economic zones.

   

   Artur Selimov is an expert at the VISION 3000 Club and a leading expert on AI implementation.
   Topic: “Artificial intelligence as a new factor of business competitiveness” – gave examples of efficiency growth due to digital solutions.

   

    Ekaterina  Velichkina is the Executive Director of Media Planning and Public Relations at the NGO IZH, a public figure, international expert on family values, ambassador of the Mom in Action project, head of the department of the Center for Responsible Blogging at the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
   Topic: “Responsible Blogging and Digital Diplomacy: New horizons for international partnership and women’s entrepreneurship.”

   

   Kirsanova Yulia  is the founder of the women’s association “Moskvichki”, a finalist of the “Woman Leader” award.
   Topic: “Communication without borders: Women’s leadership and the power of speech” – told how public speaking and networking help businesses.

   

   Natalia Demchenko is a psychologist, family therapist, and business planner.
   The topic: “Psychological stability of a leader: combining large families, civil service and entrepreneurship” – showed by personal example how different roles strengthen business.
   

   Marina Dokuchaeva is a clinical psychologist, business coach, and CBT therapist.
   The topic: “Leadership in the age of change: psychological tools for sustainable growth” – gave techniques for working with a team in unstable conditions.

   

   Antonova Maria  is a business psychologist, corporate trainer, international certified specialist.
   Topic: “Strategy for managing business changes in a crisis” – suggested algorithms for rapid adaptation of companies.

   

   Монте Николас  – продюсер, блогер-биохакер, автор проекта «Хакнутые».
   Тема: «Здоровье как актив: инвестиции в персонал повышают устойчивость бизнеса» – привёл кейсы корпоративного биохакинга.

   

   Evgeniya V. Dzhadzhieva is a naturopathic nutritionist and author of wellness programs.
   The topic: “Human capital as the basis of sustainable development: a healthy nation – a strong economy” emphasized the importance of health prevention for competitiveness.

   

   Belova Irina is a dentist, the author of the brand of marshmallow floristry.
   The theme: “Two professions – one harmony: doctor, creativity and responsible production” is an inspiring example of combining medicine and creative entrepreneurship.

   

At the end of the official part, a solemn ceremony took place: all speakers were presented with commemorative certificates of the meeting participant. The International Discussion Club “VISION 3000” in recognition of their expert contributions.

In addition, a membership card was solemnly presented to a new member of the International Women’s Union, which symbolizes the expansion of a close-knit family of like-minded people who share the values of international women’s dialogue and sustainable development.

 Networking and informal communication

After the coffee break and the ceremony, the participants continued the dialogue in the format of free networking – they exchanged contacts, discussed joint projects, and outlined new initiatives. Live communication, constructive ideas and a warm atmosphere were a worthy end to a busy business day.

At the end of the panel discussion and the award ceremony, Alfiya Amirova addressed the participants with a closing speech.:

“Dear colleagues and friends!
Today we witnessed and participated in a truly deep, honest and productive conversation. We talked about the fact that sustainable development is not an abstract strategy, but a daily choice of each of us: an entrepreneur, a diplomat, a public leader.
I thank each speaker for their wise thoughts, specific tools, and the energy that filled this room today. Special thanks to our honored guests, partners and, of course, the team of the VISION 3000 club and the International Union of Women.
We have shown that dialogue is possible, that businesses can grow even in difficult conditions, and that women’s leadership is a powerful driver of change.
I invite everyone to continue communicating, implement joint projects, and be sure to welcome you on November 18-19 at the V Anniversary Forum “Woman of the Third Millennium” at the Cultural Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. May our cooperation only begin!”

After these words, the participants took a photo together and moved on to informal networking, where discussions continued for a long time and new ideas were born.

Results and prospects

The meeting confirmed that sustainable development is a practical tool for finding partners, reducing risks and entering new markets. The VISION 3000 Club will continue to operate as an open expert platform bringing together entrepreneurs, diplomats and community leaders.
