On March 20, 2024, a meeting of the “VISION 3000 International Discussion Club” was held at the Moscow House of Nationalities. The agenda of the meeting was devoted to the topic: “Living traditions of the peoples of Russia”.
The meeting was opened by Amirova Alfiya, President of the “International Women’s Union”, President of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000”.
The wealth of Russian culture consists of traditions, folklore, and languages of almost 200 peoples inhabiting the territory of our country. They intertwine with each other and create an incredibly diverse palette. Each nation has its own way of life, customs and holidays, the accumulated experience of our peoples in the material and spiritual heritage. Cultural heritage is what defines the character and individuality of each nation. On the one hand, it is his history and memory. On the other hand, there are language and customs, songs and fairy tales, dishes of national cuisine and items of clothing. Respecting the history and maintaining the living traditions of your people means preserving the identity of the multifaceted Russian culture.
Representatives of relevant organizations of the regions of the Russian Federation, experts in the field of education, and public figures were invited and spoke at the meeting:

Natalia Viktorovna Zabolotskikh — First Deputy Head of the General Secretariat of the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations “Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia”,
Director General of the ANO “Eurasian Center for Project Initiatives”, coordinator of the International Competition “Leader of People’s Diplomacy”, political scientist. The topic of the speech: “The role of the Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia in strengthening spiritual and moral values.”
Fedunova Tatyana Anatolyevna is the head of the department in the Department for Work with NGOs in the CAO of the Moscow House of Public Organizations of the Committee for Public Relations and Youth Policy of the Government of Moscow. The topic of the report: “Preservation and transfer of traditions to descendants in unique projects of non-profit organizations of the city of Moscow. How NGOs in the capital support the traditions of different peoples.”

After the speakers’ speeches and answers to questions, the participants continued to communicate in an informal setting.
